ELLEN GREGORY, LMFT
Welcome. I’m Ellen Gregory, a licensed marriage and family therapist in New York and the Founder and Director of Midtown Marriage and Family Therapy, PC.
I’ve been providing individual therapy and couples counseling since 1998. I work with couples along their transitional development – from premarital counseling, to couples counseling and marriage counseling, all the way through to the transition of becoming parents.
A specialty I’ve developed is helping people move through, and heal from anger and trauma. My clients include military and law enforcement, highly sensitive and creative people, those struggling with borderline personality disorder, post traumatic stress, and addictions.
